Hi Guys
I'm in the process of completing a local niche directory for garages and mechanics etc via Wordpress and I'm asking people if they would like to be reminded when their next MOT, Annual Service, Insurance etc is due with a view of me sending them an email about 2 weeks before hand. I've designed a form via Formidable Pro because it allows me to export the data into a csv file but my problem is knowing how to put all this data into some form of calendar which allows for it to be emailed to them when the time comes. I've seen some event booking plugins but they want you to enter a specific time for the event which isn't really appropriate. I've even thought about using some newsletter plugins but I don't know if i'm on the right track or not. Can anyone help and come up with a solution for me (Please)?? I would really appreciate the help.

I am not completely sure about what you are looking for. With whatever I have understood, you could try the Formidable pro zapier integration available. You could check out Zapier.com and find the application that would be useful.
