Yes, leave others as default - it only %%'s an coefficiens - does not depend on the amount.
And, do not forget uncheck "Enable AutoBaseBet"

Yes, keep 0.5 (50% - it's statistics, real maximum drawdown)

i presume the bank was 0.01 . And what was your base bet and the other settings ( drawdn % , etc )
