A quick overview of the method:

Choose an affiliate product to promote. Now invent the name of a competitor product - check nothing competes in Google - which will make it easy to rank for the fake product with a fiverr gig.

Post a review for the fake product - saying that the real affiliate product is better - with a link of course.

Pay micro-workers to post comments on YT videos recommending the non-existent product.

Buyer Googles that product - finds your site - and ends up buying the real product instead of the fake one. You earn a commission.

Feasible in principle, you will only know if it works by testing it. The site he shows doesn't look wonderful, so I guess there is scope for improvement. Doubt it will make big money - but the idea would be to build a lot of review pages on your one site.
