After signing up of shared hosting I recieved mail. But mail doesnt have namerservers details.

Also cant see wordpress installer

Can I use these as nameservers ns1.osvps.com, ns2.osvps.com

I would like to have refund please if there is no wordpress installer. Do you mind refunding money. Email which i used when sigining up for account is perfectruler@rediffmail.com

All the hosting comes with script installer. I dont want hosting with automated installer. Can you plz issue refund
