I believe that if it's in your signature i.e. you add a referral link in your sig, it's OK but not so sure about presenting something as a [GET] when you're using your referral link because it means you stand to personally gain from members using your [GET] AND it looks like you deliberately do not disclose this fact that you stand to gain from people accessing the "[GET]".
I may be wrong and if so Mods please correct me if I am.
Referrer Link
The referrer link mentioned by the member who originally questions this is "http://www.binfer.com/?utm_expid=21822655-7.Uy22glGBS8uGz4jlN9O7KQ.0&utm_referrer=http%3A%2F%2Fbestblackhatforum.com%2FThread-GET-Send-Video-Files-Free-No-Uploading-No-Cloud" which displays when you get to the site, and in the spirit of fairness, I'm not sure what that refferer in this case actually means in reality. It could simply be the reference to where the link was posted as opposed to indicating an attempt at personal gain.
So, to be clear, I'm simply responding to the comment and explaining what I believe the rule is and none of this is personal.
Just trying to help!

It's a smart service. It's like bittorrent's Sync with some extra features (like chat and email). Since bitsync has an api, perhaps they used it to build the service.
I'm keeping bitsync for me, but thanks for sharing this service, OP! Reps from me.
