Hello. Plugin is full version and is not provided with a licence code.
You can use the plugin normally without a purchase code without problems, just cant update automatically to the new versions when released directly via web from the plugins page on your wp site.

Is this currently being maintained? Seems like the last update on this plugin from CC is last August. Just wondering if there's no issues with the current WP version.

yes thats the last version the developer distribute.
