may I know any suggestion for a good fully manage VPS or any web hosting that offer cheap but quality service and can be host a email marketing script.

I use http://www.evxonline.com, in french but they use dnpanel (english and french) their vps, or share hosting is very cheap and they have good, very good support.

If you want to test it, let me know i can creat for you a test share hosting account for 1 month on MY OWN VPS to test.

if u can afford it rather get ur own vps entirely, or the guy u sharing with has full and unfettered access to ur files
