Thanks guys for all the useful comments. Sometimes you don't know if a system is worth your time and effort. In this case the proof is in the pudding. I hope some members report how this CPA system works and their results.

Here you go:
As english non-native speaker, I find his writing "style" very annoying! Poor grammar, MANY mistakes and he ends every few senteces with "ok" and uses "you know" a lot. This doesn't look even remotely professional.
Example:

Most of the time the bid is 1 cent but if you do not get enough, you know, clicks in 24 hours you should bid a little bit higher or you can bid for 2 cent ok.
You should get at least 1-3 conversions with budget of $5. Of course for offers that pays you between $0.5 to $1.50, ok is it make sense? We already talked about it ok.

There is really nothing new here.
He tells you what CPA network to use and what traffic provider. For the sake of curiosity I dug through that abomination of text he produced and tried some steps from this "guide", only to get the message, that the CPA network didn't accept some campaigns I applied to, because of the traffic provider (that the author suggests!)
After that he shows you how to use both websites and tells you how to look for small countries with little competion.
If you have never done ANY CPA, you MIGHT find something new here.
