The file at that location has problems. Have tried downloading several times but each time I get a 90K file that I can not extract.

the file is 167mb not 90k.... me thinks you are not clicking the link to go to the download page, you are probably right clicking to save, trying to download something that is not there, you need to click it, that will take you to the correct download page, the product creator is too cheap to host the file himself, using mediafire instead
