I was talking about offshore they are not offshore and BTW I also have a website like 1freehosting but I need offshore who ignore DMCA .

Now a days most offshore hosting are not reliable. because of many issues like when anything bad happened to their servers they don't provide backup, use oversell tactics and many many other issues.

i have a few hosting accounts. who i go through for offshore is blue angel host. they also currently have a 50% off offer for bbhf members. they are fairly new, but growing slowly and steadily. they are also very cheap. their downside is that their servers can sometimes be slow and even down more than their guarantee of 99.9% uptime. their customer support is ok for the price but they can become a little rude and unfair at times if you become a little impatient like i have been in the past with them.
if you are looking for a new offshore host, i suggest them until you can find a better one that suits your needs.
on a side note, they offer reseller plans and i believe they are thinking of offering master reseller plans. their prices are also gradually increasing as they become more stable and respected. so the faster you get in the better as they offer a locked in price point.
