How many of you would like to start your own business?
What sort of project and business would it be?

Since many people here would enjoy starting a business or a project, and sometimes it lacks resources like money, tools, time, people as well other things, I am starting this thread in a manner we can evaluate what we can do together. Please, note that I am not promising we are going to achieve what you are looking for – But we can try it since we can meet some premises, as well if we can build the right team of people. The premises are:

You should be:
- Someone who likes sharing and contributing, which is the opposite of an individualist person.
- A reliable person who can be trusted and trust; no matter what the subject is, or what happens.
- An honest and transparent person to the people you work with; and you should always be it!
- A person that is willing to help other people on ideas and projects other than your own.
- A hard working and motivated person, and be someone that is willing to learn constantly.
- A person who can hear and follow what it is stated, and conscious to the directives and rules.

Please, think about what all these premises means in the real world and check yourself if you can really meet these premises. If you are certain you can meet all of them, drop me an e-mail with the following information:

1.) Your curriculum, including verifiable sources. State other competences and capabilities please.
2.) Your idea, project or business you would like to start. Do it as detailed as possible.
3.) Which is the percentage of the revenue that you would like to share.
4.) Include your own directives and rules, which should be followed for such a thing.
5.) Include Skype ID and your BBHF user-name on the e-mail so I can reach you here as well.

In the coming weeks, I will be verifying all the information I receive and I will try to build a team of people to work on all the ideas, projects and/or businesses that seems to be feasible. To help on this, I may put up to $ 50,000.00 on a physical business to support what is needed for the success of the endeavors – I may also hire local people to support what may be needed in a manner we can reach the businesses, generate leads, as well other stuff. As soon as the projects demonstrates to be strong and profitable, we may eventually inject more resources on it. Note that I will not inject money directly on anyone, so do NOT ask for money please.

Please, note that currently I am involved with several projects that helps people in a manner or another, and it consumes around 4 to 8 hours of my daily time, including weekends. I also work for keeping a living, and it consumes 6 hours a day. It means that around 14 hours a day I am busy. For taking care of the info I will receive from this thread, I will devote 1 to 2 hours of a day while we do not start working on the ideas and projects. If we actually build this team people, I will remap the time, so we can have it as a priority.

Additionally, bear in mind if all you care is money: this is not for you! Thereafter, do not waste your time with it, as you will not enjoy it, and it will not work for you. Again: This is only for people who meets the premises above. Thanks for understanding it!

BRZ i have to admit it. You are an awesome person. Really. If this forum had people that did just half of the things you do for this community it would really become the bestblackhat community over the web.

I will be preparing my cover letter and everything related to the idea i have and how we can help each other to achieve more for our selves and the entire community.

I'm just trying to help. I like doing it, as the only thing that will really make you happy is making other people happy. All the other things goes aways, all the stuff we know will turn into crap someday - What it means, at least for me, is that the really happiness is that felling that don't fly out from us. When you are: you are! And it stays this way, no matter what may happen: You're just happy. If it is not this way, it may be just a passenger feeling, and nothing besides.

Don't worry about too many details or wasting your time on a beautiful document. Just be yourself, and practical.
What is really important here are the premises, and all the rest of the stuff are just to evaluate the potential of the idea, project or business.

You can do it the way you want it, or you can follow the template below if you want.
You can be short in your words. Don't take too much of your time on it:
It is indeed just an introduction to what you want to do or build.

1.) The Business
a) Services or Products description (an overall description of each of them)
b) Innovation (why and in what it does differ)
c) Legal considerations (can we have some sort of legal problems?)
d) Operations (how does the operations will work, and what does it require?)
e) Roles, duties and responsibilities (could you describe it for each person?)
f) Sustainability plan (how this idea, project or business can be really and self-sustainable?)

2.) The Market
a) Market targets (who are the customers?)
b) About the customers (why does these customers want the service or product?)
c) The competitors (who we are going to compete with?)

3.) The Finances
a) Assumptions (which is the revenue you're expecting from it, and what will make us to reach it?)
b) Keep it yourself! (which is the percentage of this idea, project or business you expect to keep for you?)


Don't forget to include this:

I have some business ideas but I need to try them first myself
because I don't want to sink my other bbhf mate money

Don't worry about business ideas dude ;-)
Take special care to get to know what sort of person you really are.
It is all about people!

The key is always the people...
Not money, not ideas, but people.
As some ideas, like you say may sink, and 10 million with wrong people may disappear...
But with a few bucks and the right people: You may build an empire!

Thereafter the IMPORTANCE of the premises.

However, I didn't answer it due to the fact it seemed to me that you didn't even followed the basics here and the MAIN point which are the premises, highly valued for such an endeavor. Thereafter, how could I really consider it promptly? These sort of emails are marked to be answered later, with some time. Hope you understand it.

We already have 3 people considered to such a team! However, many more people are welcome...
Actually, this is a thing for at least 35 people...

However, for it to happen, all the things must be followed strictly or I'll not employ the time on it. Understand that it is not due to the fact I dis-consider such a thing, and not due to the fact that I don't mind about you, your hopes and wishes, but due to the fact that I work all day long for around 16 hours, and have too little time to deal with stuff that doesn't meet some criteria and premises. In the event I find out that even the basics are not followed, I can't employ my time on it - And believe me, I would like to do it, but I don't have such time.
