A note to downloaders:
This theme calls home for activation purposes. You'll be able to install it initially and after some time (around 4 days), it will ask for activation code and will call home.
If anyone is up to it, one can examine the php code in the the file ''...\Newsmag-tf\Newsmag\includes\wp_booster\td_cake.php''.
Perhaps someone proficient enough in php codes can null this theme by eliminating the procedure that calls home.
Btw, the developer of this theme uses the same procedure to call home to activate their other theme 'Newspaper'. If anyone can null one of these 2 themes (Newsmag or Newspaper), the same approach can be used to null the other theme.

I have made the suggested changes in theme .. so if you have downloaded from the zippyshare link shared by me, i believe no need to make any more edits..
