I've seen a lot of products on the CB marketplace with squeeze page landing pages.
Can I use a squeeze page as landing page for the Clickbank review or do a
full sales page first and change it to squeeze page once the review phase is
passed?

Give me your inputs. I'm quite confused if CB will allow this to be approved.

most of the CB vendors using squeeze page as their landing pages, The conversion ratio of squeeze page is high so I will suggest you to use squeeze page but it should provide much information.
