This is a good course and will allow you to set up your own cloud hosting within 2 hours. The lectures are short and to the point. Personally I'd like downloadable cheat sheets to help follow along/remind me of the process and features.

Zachary has another free course showing how to create a forum quickly and for free. Have signed up and will be going through it very soon. I have a client who needs a forum and who could also do with the free cloud file hosting so I'm about to impress them :)
