Thanks, kitty! This is a clever little routine. It is "portable" so there is no install. Runs fine on my WinXP machine.
It generates an HTML link command that is surprisingly simple. You will probably memorize it after 2-3 uses, but the program will be quicker and less error-prone that doing it by hand.
