Has anyone of you guys managed to install the plugin? I tried on 3 different WP (brand new installerd WP) and the result has been the same:

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.

Don't quote me on this one but try installing it as a theme instead of as a plugin. I haven't tried it yet but I'm guessing that this might work.

Covert Store Builder is a WP Theme.
Covert Store Content is a WP Plugin.
