Most of the mobile websites we do are facing one issue.
When we talk to the clients, most of them will agreed to let us do the mobile version of their website.
But we need their web hosting to edit their index file.
And most of them already have their normal style website and hosting with other designer.
It is very hard to ask their website designer to give us their ftp password or info.
Sometimes if the designer know their client want to do mobile website, their cut our business too.

Anyone have the same issue???

I fully agree with you.

We need ideas from our fellow blackhatters of how to get around this.
