Mate, it is a good read. I'd also suggest you grab "The Warrior Diet" as well. You'll find it in my threads. I highly recommend it.

I'll say this about Asprey, too. His products are of the highest quality. He is a stickler for this. They are expensive, but worth the price. IMO. He has a great blog and podcast if you weren't aware.
Thanks NC, it's always good to have a wide reference when it comes to wholesome eating. I've been interested recently on fermented foods. And, I've also learned recently that fermented foods are also good sources of Vitamin K2. Me and my entire family has been eating whole foods for the past 1.5 years and it was a smart decision we've made.

I've also watched many of Dave Asprey's podcasts. They're very informative plus the experts he interviewed were experts in their own field and actually living what they're talking.
