Its pretty basic stuff to setup an autoresponder and redirect them to a CPA offer..
It sounds good in theory but in practice the bounce rate from 1st sign up to the 2nd sign up is high as they are pissed off and feel they are taken for a ride... Unless the CPA offer you have is exactly what you promised to deliver on the first sign up, you wont be able to make any money using this method.
