As for the haters, I wonder how well you're doing. I don't see a problem with someone who has only one method but does it repeatedly and really well and makes money from it. There's a big problem with focusing to do just one thing successfully in today's internet world and this guy has managed to filter out all distractions, I give him credit for that.
