Major thanks to the OP. I've been looking for this one for quite awhile. I've seen it on Amazon, but none of the sellers make clear if they are selling the 4th edition or the 5th.

TruckTurner, you speak the truth. Amazon doesn't distinguish between different editions of the same book. Their affiliates are no better when they fail to show pics or give descriptions.
I use Abe Books or Alibris. They at least try to get it right.

The 5th is already on here multiple time. The 4th edition is recommended over that.
