Reps to OP for share, but seriously:

Do not waste your time or bandwidth downloading this. Absolute crock of shit which actually has NOTHING to do with SEO.

Subjects:
* How to use Google Analytics (including 4 pages explaining how to do this in the most ridiculously difficult fashion ever - downloading your WP footer.php file, manually adding the code, then reuploading with FTP. What the actual F*** dude? Just use one of the literally HUNDREDS of plugins that do this job!!)
* Find out which of your pages is the most popular, then add internal links to other pages you wish to promote, or external links to affiliate products, or convert it into a squeeze page (REALLY?!?! HOW LONG DO YOU THINK IT WILL REMAIN THE MOST POPULAR PAGE ONCE YOU REMOVE THE CONTENT, YOU UTTER CNUT!)
* Find out where most of your traffic is coming from, and be more active there. Find similar sites, and be more active there too.
* Track your outbound links with Google URL builder so you know which ones get the most clicks (pointless, just use a link tracking service)
* Check your google analytics to find out your busiest day and hour of the week, and publish new posts then (gee thanks I would never have thought of that in a bazillion years, you clown)
* Test your site speed and try to reduce it.

That's it. That's the whole thing. Absolutely nothing about SEO. If he had titled it "How to use Google Analytics to optimize and monetize your blog" I wouldn't be so hacked off.

@funkychicken i agree perfectly with u after going through it u will never find a single method to get traffic from any where a complete waste of time and bandwidth this is the most disgusting product i have read.
