As far as I can tell there is no sales page.

I have his Lazy Money System. Its nothing groundbreaking. Just using Bing PPC to promote JVzoo offers using the product name.

I suspect the CPA thing is about the same kind of info.

Yeah, this was an upsell via email.
It cost around $70 for the info for two successful CPA offers and how to run them. (or so he said).

Thanks but that is the original offer. He also has one for doing CPA offers. It doesn't have a sales page or landing page that I can find. It goes straight to Paypal. He sends it out to his email list. It costs about $97 I think. Here is the info from the email:
