I would like to know if buddypress would work on this? If it does okay, then maybe I would switch to this one.

Read comments from the theme page from author, and buddypress won't be supported. So I am going to stick with Newspaper. I like this one with share buttons on the images. It looks a little better than newspaper to me. Until another theme has better options and support than Newspaper, then I am sticking to Newspaper like glue. Thanks for the share anyways.
