Let's learn a little BlackHat searching technique . . . a free lesson, but reps always welcome :-)
Take the sales page URL (and download page) given by OP and head to Google, use search string: site:url
This will bring up indexed pages, don't click the linked page, instead go to look at the Google cache (the little green downward pointing arrow), which in this case hasn't been updated so you still have the original download page with links showing.
However, in this case the download link for the PDF on cache page leads to a 404, so take that link and do a site:url search in Google for that PDF link . . . and there it is, displayed as a web page rather than PDF, but at least it is the content.
Now, someone can download and create mirrors. I'm guessing this is one of many public domain ripped or plr products, so don't believe all you read and hear, but as I haven't checked it I'm not sure.
