It's from wplocker so I can't be sure there's no malicious code in it.
Also, it works out of the box, activation is just for automatic updates which you won't get with nulled version anyway.

Actually the working code of the plugin was there all along, just hidden through css.
Activating it hides the activation part and reveals the hidden part.
All I did is change css file to show the working part and hide the activation part et voila.
Going through that obfuscated PHP was a nightmare and more then I was willing to deal with.
Kudos to the developer, it did discourage me from nulling it.
