install .net framework 3.5 from your server manager in vps to make it work 100% :D
by doing it i solved my problem

Look at the virus scan link before you even download it guys!

The problem is that when a file is password protected, it's not possible to detect any virus.... so remember to unlock any file shared here as I did to make sure is not infected by crap...
