does settings of theme works well? coz i found other engine templates, but their settings do not save, can you please check if it works?

I resolve it with htaccess, puting line on top

php_value max_input_vars 3000

that works on live server and on local server (Mamp)

if anybody get error with htaccess method use this:
all you have to do is make a file called php.ini and place it in the directory of your wordpress. add the following line to php.ini : max_input_vars = 3000
