Hi NonConformer and Quasar, would you mind sharing your knowledge on what would be the best CPA training course for a Newbie. Happy New Year to you and all fellow BlackHatters.

As a former business owner I know you cant make money without money. I just don't want to be reading repetitive crap that creates no results. That's why I ask for you guys feed back. I know you wouldn't steer me wrong. Happy New Year.
But I don't know what your level of commitment is so I will tell you that you need to treat this and everything as a business from the outset.
If all you want to do is make money - you may make a little.
But not a lot will happen until you crossover into the business mindset from that of the hobbyist.
And I will only add this too - you rarely, if ever are told you MUST do a couple of things with CPA:
1. SPEND MONEY! The real top earners in CPA SPEND MONEY to buy and drive traffic!
Don't think - even for a second - you can do this with zero out-of-pocket costs!
It ain't gonna happen!
2. Have a conversion mechanism that works! This is where you need to be different.
If all you plan to do is throw-up the pre-made banners and links you are provided by the networks, you will not make it in CPA.
Expecting clicks from browsers, surfers and email recipients that are link and banner-blind is the worst way to get conversions. Just research what mighty Google and most other advertisers say about their click-through rates on banners in 2014.
Sounds melodramatic, but it is 100% true - be different or die - it's simple but not easy.
