Its better to get extensions from there, it will help to get updates also. I got 43 plugins for free. people may modify the files while uploading.

i completely agree with you on this brother. this site is not legit, first of all site name is "WP WOOTHEMES" and most of all site is brand new and it has no alexa traffic rank, how come woothemes has no rank at all ... 
and besides those themes are not free anymore,wants $0.99 to complete the purchase. Probably site owner got all the extentions from here and selling it there for cheap price. Be careful guys.
