^^^ Actually, if every student gave a review, instructors would give out MORE coupons to get TONS of reviews.

This course has over 700 students and hardly any reviews (like many courses). No detailed reviews at all - detailed being 2-3+ sentences. If it already had 10 reviews, there would be a higher likelihood of more coupons being issued instead of being disabled.
