Everything is setup eg: website, movie files etc etc...

I have a dedicated server (high specs) have lots of storage space for the movie files for 100 movies im looking at around 83.4gb
Port speed on the server is 1GBPS meaning no buffering at all for the movies.
Im looking for people NOT to invest money but rather MAKE the money, what i need is people who know SEO, CPC, CPM or other such factors.
I would also like it if anyone had coding expirence in PHP and CSS.

If you can bring anything to the table let me know.
