There are some old domains, like for example doncheadle220.c0m/ that are deindex from google.
Do you think that it s dexindex because of is in penalty? Or because it's very old?

Could be dangerous use a domain that it's not on google to do 301 on money site?

Deindexed because of penalty, sites don't get deindexed because of age.

The deindexed site 301 redirected will pass the penalty to the money site.
