The "ideal" combo ( for those who enjoy free tools) is combining the data in Google Webmaster Tools Search section with the keywords from Google Analytics ( or any other analytics tool you might be using), Google adwords keyword suggestion tool.
Merge all 3 files, run them through Ubersuggest for a healthy list of long tails and you are one step closer to the perfect keyword list.
