1..Must have proof of concept and be capable of global scale.
2..No startups please unless you are the next Zuckerberg, Gates or Jobs.
3..Must have at least a brief Business Plan and cashflows. Please note, an idea for an App or a website is not a business plan.
4..Proposal must demonstrate real value to both end users and investors.
