It's just a wordpress theme, not rocket science. Install the free Google translate plugin from WP plugins repository.
i know this plugins but i use it, i have a lot of errors!!!
Yes Google translate has many many incorrect translations, best not to use it.
Make a copy of your Default.po language file, and slowly translate it into the language you want.
