I dont understand, are you selling these blogs for the prices shown or giving out links from them?
In the past iv purchased sites with high pr only to see them tumble to pr 0's a few months down the line.
How do you maintain their prs, where do the backlinks come from? Are they spammed links or what?

Thank you for your inquiry.
With this service you will be receiving a tumblr blog not a backlink. You'll be provided with login details and henceforth have full control of it. You can populate it with content, sell back links on the blog to other people, or setup a network of blogs for link juice.
Many of the tumblr blogs I've sold in the past have managed to maintain their PR for an extended time period. Tumblr blogs who have had their PageRank fallen off all had these things in common:
- They were barren and completely devoid of content. (didn't even have 1 post)
- Minimal or no backlinks.
The beauty of this service is that you're in complete control. You own and operate the blog. Maintaining its PR is up to what you do. Though I would suggest the following:
- Don't spam the blog: Give the blog a natural link profile. Use some quality links and if you can drip feed them.
- Populate it with content: Have a couple of reblogs and post some articles.
Here is some more literature on how to maintain PR:

Have a nice day and I anticipate your order.

So these blogs have no posts, but have PR up to 4. That does not seem natural, so presumably you created backlinks to get them to PR4. Are those backlinks permanent? If you pointed links from some of your other higher PR sites to create that PR4 Tumblr blog, can you assure me that those links will remain pointed to the Tumblr blog after the sale. Thanks.
