Since Facebook had recently updated their TOS, which now any scraping software out there is basically useless due to the fact you are not allowed to upload FB emails for custom audiences anymore to run ads to them. Software like FB Lead Chief and etc does not currently comply with Facebook new TOS so be careful

Based on the last updates of FB TOS, They dont allow Advertisers to upload Emails/ IDs to costum audience! so let say you scrapped all the emails and IDs ! what's next get your account BANN!

Yes. The software isnt about uploading userID and email to fb ads custom audience. The software will try to keep you from using fb ads completely. Its an alternative to fb ads if you want to reach your potential customers.
