Password not working...

Did joemlm not take the time to check the document before adding the usual password to open the zip file? I find it frustrating that someone took the time to put the usual password on the zip file, upload it, then offer it for download here when the usual password will open up the zip file, but a different password is required to open the PDF document found inside the zipped file. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the effort made, it's just disappointing that there are 2 different passwords.

there is no second password, what kinf of garbage it IS?

The download link is for the review copy from the author's own google drive. I believe the author's the one responsible for locking the PDF, not our forum members
