Here is what the method is all about. By the way certainly not worth $400 to buy.

1. Apply to several CPA companies. The ones specifically mentioned are Peerfly and Maxbounty.
2, Set up a simple website normal digital media marketing services (Social media marketing, SEO, web design,
Graphic Design, etc...) You don't really need to offer these services. Website to provide credibility to both CPA networksand potential partners.
3. Partner up with large NPO and charities which you can find on facebook- causes
4. Contact adminstrators and send email (what to say is included in PDF)
5. Offer them a percentage of the money you will make from the offers if they promote your offers on their sites.
6. Other suggestions to use, Ministries, political parties.

These are the steps in a nutsell.
