Good call chaff. He's not only unable to give +5 rep but apparently unwilling to give any rep at all....which would be fine....of course except the fact that championsyedm you're a F****** liar. Next time just don't say you're giving any rep if you're going to be lazy and not follow thru. And definitely don't lie and say +5 rep when it's obvious you 're not VIP and unable to do so.
