I own a 5 letter domain name. it is just 3 months old.

i use it for redirection purpose only.

i am doing email marketing. now, it has pagerank 1.

how it is possible without host or any content inside?

Most likely this domain was an old domain that was made available again and you got it 3 months ago. What does the whois says? Was it First registered years ago? The PR was from earlier. Also PR hasn't been updated for some time. Go for DA/PA and TF/CF instead if you want to gauge the "rank".

So you got the answer. The domain became available again and some old backlinks gave it PR1

Were you using 301 redirect? If so, then that's how you got PR1, the website you were redirecting to had PR1 and this is how "Fake PR" is made.
