i have buy a fortacloud.co, http://cloudatcost.com/ and http://www.haphost.com


now i have three vps.

but i dont know how to use vps. please help me.

i need to upload my files and data to vps server.

i need this.

1. how to host my domain name
2. how to upload my files and data
3. where to create database and other like email , cron and more
4. where to login cpanel
5. how to install cpanel

Why would you sign up for them if you don't know how to set anything up? Put a support ticket in with the specific companies. Or maybe search G and find info like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8PNJfDjFQg Or get a managed server that comes with cpanel installed and then search G for how to use cpanel. It's not ideal to invest in technologies you don't know how to put to use.
