Thanks for posting! The file seems corrupted because even though it was installed successfully, I can't edit the theme since CSS was missing.
Please help check again?

Its not a theme, its a child theme. You need Genesis installed first.

Maybe you haven't installed the Genesis framework, as this is a child theme of Genesis.

Guys, for the XML file you have to unzip first then you will see a folder called xml file and that's where the demo content file is.
