There are some complaint web sites in Turkey which Google loves. Brand keyword isn't competitive (about 1000 thousand monthly searches). But I can't outrank those websites. What are your advices?

create social profiles..fb page,twitter,linkedin,pinterests etc.. optimize the pages with keywords,,use GSA SER (u can use fiverr) then use social signals for each account..
or build backlinks to the the other ranking pages
