Does anyone know how to EASILY edit a PSD file (for marketing purposes) without using Photoshop?

Here are the list of some tools to edit without Photoshop:


1) Paint.net
2) GIMP
3) Pixlr Editor
4) IrfanView (this one ONLY for viewing PSD file)

Out of all of them I prefer #3. Easiest alternative to use IMHO and Paint.net no longer exists.

Was REAL shocked to read paint.net is gone - I love that program.
