Just went through this and here is my review:

This is 11 pages and talks about reselling votes to owners of servers for games like Minecraft, WOW, and others.

The owners of these servers benefit with these votes by getting more exposure to their service in toplists and thus, get more customers.

It goes on to give you ideas on how to advertise that you are selling these votes so you get customers.

When someone pays you to get them votes, go to swiftvoter dot com and buy votes for the customer's server.

Of course you should get paid first at a markup and buy the votes, keeping the difference.

It's basically a method that shows you how to sell server votes to Minecraft, World of Warcraft, etc owners to artificially enhance their rankings on various server lists. It seems to be a very interesting and unique method, but he doesn't really go over how to get customers besides telling you to open a store on Hackforums.

I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5
