Maybe you get this issue because you try to run it directly from the archieve? Extract the files somewhere and then try again.

@NexusC It might be an issue at your side. No one else expected that yet.

Anyway, I've done some changings and updated the link again. I've also removed 2 extra .exe files (I forgot to do that I was excited to post it on BBHF). You can download it again and check again. also first extract it and then run it
