Yes, it was a slow download. Despite having a high-speed connection and the file being only 384MB in size, the download took me about 8 hours. But, it was worth it.
My enterprise-level anti-virus program didn't find anything harmful or suspicious either. So, the file is safe to download guys.

if you don't know what IDM is... "Internet Download Manager".
it can monopolise your downlaods and certainly doesn't recognize every file host site.
But you get used to it and it IS Very Fast.
I've been using it now for three years now and you can find it for free.
