There are soooo many of this kind of things, however, the most popular are OpenCart, PrestaShop and VirtueMart. Many people like Bigcommerce or Shopify. They differ little from each other, but each one have it's own pros and cons.
I recommend PrestaShop. In my opinion it's the best one around. Good luck!
